I’ve lived the consequences of a system that forgets the very people it’s meant to protect, and families deserve fairness, accountability, and a voice that won’t be intimidated or silenced.
I’m stepping forward because "We the People" deserve better—and because I’m running to make sure that "We the People" are heard, respected, and protected.

I was born and raised in a small town in communist Czechoslovakia, the oldest of six children in a family shaped by poverty, instability, and generational trauma. As the eldest, I grew up far too quickly—caring for my younger siblings, carrying adult responsibilities, and learning strength through hardship. In a world with limited freedoms and even fewer opportunities, resilience wasn’t a choice—it was survival.
At 21-years old, with nothing but courage and a pocket-sized English dictionary, I came to the United States determined to build a better life. I spoke barely any English. I had no financial support, no family safety-net, and no roadmap. Every job interview, every conversation, and every piece of paperwork was a challenge. But step-by-step, I worked, learned, and built a future in the country I proudly call home.
Over the years, I became a mother to three incredible children and a stepmother to five more children—eight young lives who have shaped me, grounded me, and strengthened my commitment to family. Advocating for them, raising them, and fighting for their futures has been the greatest honor of my life.
My journey has not been easy. I survived domestic violence. I rebuilt from the ground up. I learned to navigate complex systems to protect my children and stand firm in my values. Through every hardship, my determination, faith, and love for my family fueled me forward.
Today, I am proud to be an American citizen, a wife, a mother of three, a stepmother of five, a small-business owner, a community advocate, and now a candidate for Texas House District 98. Having lived under communism and now thriving in the greatest democracy in the world gives me a profound appreciation for freedom, constitutional rights, and the responsibilities we share as Texans.
I am running because I know what it feels like to be voiceless, to struggle against systems that fail the very people they should protect. I am running for families who feel overlooked, for parents navigating broken institutions, for children with disabilities who deserve better, and for every Texan who simply wants fairness, safety, and opportunity.
My story is proof that the American Dream is real—but only if "We the People" defend it, strengthen it, and ensure that every Texan has a fair chance to reach it.
I am here to serve your neighborhood—not politics, not special interests, and not entrenched power. I will fight for the families of HD98 with the same resolve that has carried me through every chapter of my life.
