Every Texan is entitled to the full protection of the Constitution, including free speech, due process, parental authority, privacy, and the right to keep and bear arms. I will work to ensure these rights are protected equally and consistently, without political bias, favoritism, or financial barriers—because no Texan should have to go broke to exercise or defend their rights.

Families deserve a justice system that is consistent, nonpolitical, and free from backdoor dealings. I will champion reforms that increase judicial transparency, enforce due process, require clear evidence standards, and hold courts and court-appointed professionals accountable for bias or misconduct.

Domestic violence survivors should never be punished, ignored, or retraumatized by the systems meant to protect them. I will strengthen trauma-informed policing, ensure resources are directed at violent offenders—not vulnerable families—and end practices that criminalize victims or misuse the courts for retaliation.

No family should feel invisible in the systems meant to help them. As a mother of an autistic son, I understand the struggle of navigating long waitlists, inconsistent services, school barriers, and insurance roadblocks. I will champion policies that give children with disabilities real support and give families the dignity, transparency, and tools they deserve.

Families in District 98 want excellent schools, safe campuses, and leaders who understand education at the ground level. As a former teacher, I will champion strong academics, parental involvement, transparent school governance, and practical policies that support teachers and students without injecting political chaos into our classrooms.

Families should not be taxed out of the communities they built. I will pursue meaningful property-tax relief, appraisal reforms, protections for seniors, and policies that keep small businesses and homeowners stable amid rising costs.

Texans deserve systems that cannot be manipulated, altered, or hidden. I will advance modern, secure, tamper-proof record systems—using technologies like blockchain auditing—to create real transparency, prevent backdating and evidence manipulation, and give citizens confidence that what happens in government is authentic and verifiable.
